The NonProfit Guide to Situational Leadership

For over 40 years, Situational Leadership® has been taught in all sectors of industry including retail, manufacturing, education, technology, finance, and pharmaceutical.

Founded by Dr. Paul Hersey, CLS's programs have been used by over 14 million individuals worldwide.  Situational Leadership ®   is often referred to as "organized common sense."

Until now, this knowledge has been out of reach for the nonprofit industry.

The Center for Leadership Studies has partnered with the NonProfit Resource Group to develop an affordable and applicable training program designed specifically for use by established and emerging nonprofit leaders.

Situational Leadership® is a powerful blend of leadership training and skill building. Participants learn the three skills of a Situational Leader:

• Identifying goals, tasks, or activities that resonant and have meaning for both the manager and staff member.
• Develop diagnostic skills to determine how skilled and committed people are to those varied tasks.
• Design and deliver the right combinations of leader influence behavior to really leverage performance.

The skills learned in this training session will assist managers in their relationships with peers, staff, donors, and board members.
